Refining and focusing our Vision

Yes we have been doing exactly what the title entails. We have had a guest here this week to help work better as a staff together and personal. Also to focus us together as a base. Get on the same page.
It has been really awesome. I have learn my preferred work style. So that has help me understand how I like to work, but not what I am skilled at. You can learn new skill and trades, there is always going to be one way that you like to do things.
Also as a base it has given us much need time to look at what God has called this base to do and where we will be focus. For example the areas that need attention now and to have wisdom on where to put the attention and how.
So this has been a good week but a really hard one!

PS. Why are the hard things that you do in life usually the ones you learn most from? Is it the human fleshing that was in the way and that was God refining us? But all I know I was not as focused and a little confused before and know we are not as much! More on that later.

Springfield

I plan on being in Springfield for about a week in December to meet up and catch up with family, friends and supporters.

Braces

The daunting task of getting my braces has began. I went to the orthodontist so things have been put in motion to get them. For those that do not know, I was offered to be able to get complamentary braces. they were offered back in April, but I was going to be going to Argentina and I was really bussy for a little while so I was unable to get things started.
I will be getting my wisdom teeth pulled then the braces. I will be getting Inveseline and it should take about 20 months.
This is a really big prayer request. PRAISE GOD. Heavenly Father 554 to my..., oh what I can not keep track of how much God is taking care of me!

Praise God

I would like to give you a bit of an update. For many of you that may have received my newsletter. But on there it stated that I need a new pair of glasses. Well that prayer has been answered. This week the Lord provided and know I have a new pair of glasses, so that I can can see more clearly and not using my 6yr old prescription. And to add to that, I also mentioned that in the letter is that I had appeared to get a hernia a few weeks ago. Well as of this week it is almost completly gone and it is not noticable from just looking at it. And as it stands right know all it feels like is that their is a little string under my skin.
So I knew God was a God that loves His kids and that He would never put us through what we can not handle. So I am excited to see what God has for all of us!

YWAM Dayton Website

The YWAM Dayton website is coming along pretty good. I am just about done setting up the layout and putting in the new content. Randy is still working on the new banner for the skin and pretty much as soon as that is done we will be implumenting the new site to replace the current one.

IWT Events

The IWT events are beganing to come done to the end. It has been amazing with the response of the people in the Miami Valley. But there still are the two biggest events left at the Nutter Center the 29th and 30th of October.
