Jan update

By God’s grace I continue to walk out what He has for me. I have had some struggles lately
from this past week. My knee got sprained pretty bad, but in the past couple of days God has been at
work through every bodies prayers, it has been getting better every hour and for the battle for my
thoughts. He has kept me safe during all of the wintry weather that we have been having and my
physical health has been pretty good.
He also has been working in my heart each and every day too. I have been given an even
stronger passion to seek after His truth in the Word and to allow God to take complete reigns of my
life! Like one song that has been on my heart is a song called “Where ever You go I will go.” The
name of the song tells it all. Basically what Jesus said, did and went I will apply that in my life.
Another topic that has been on my heart is the subject of the Father heart of God. To realize
that our identity is to be found in Him, He will always be there for us, He is compassionate toward us
when we mess up, accepting, forgiving and waiting for His children to come to Him. He is merciful
and faithful but disciplines those He cares for. He generously provides, guides and instructs our path.
He is a fun father, that is proud of us and just to all that is required. And He is the Father of the Fatherless
and blesses those to be bold and powerful in His Word.
YWAM Dayton
YWAM Dayton as a whole is moving right along. We
have been blessing in so many ways from people giving us office
equipment that we need to food for our base. God has been really
watching out for us. The programs are moving right along from
the DTS, Evening Discipleship Course and the Business Resource
center. We also already have some people that are interested
in our summer Mission Adventure’s and the fall DTS.

Something is going on!

You know that something is going to happen and big, when the enemy has been attacking you at every possible angle to try and get you off track, upset and lost.
With in the past couple of months YWAM Dayton as a whole which I am a part of has been under such spiritual attack. From family members & friends passing away, sickness, lack of funds at times, the trying to mess up our unity as a whole and whatever else you can think of we have gone through it!

I things have been getting better and better. All of this is just building us together stronger and building our faith in the saving grace of the Father. He is on our side and by His grace we will be standing after all the dust settles. So I am so encouraged by all that is going on. To just keep the pace and where God says go I will go and really on Him ALL the way.

Let this be an encouragement to you,
Love,
Phil

LIFE

LIFE

What is life. In wiki life: is a characteristic of organisms that exhibit certain biological processes such as chemical reactions or other events that results in a transformation. Living organisms are capable of growth and reproduction.
Life is what you do each and every day by the Grace of God! It is living, breathing, moving, thinking and reacting. It is something we ALL take for granted. Why is that? We often think it is going to be there when we wake up the morning. Is that what we should do?

I will let you think on that for a couple of minutes...............

But image that you where on your way to this world. To do all that was stated above. You were so excited to live life. To experience the ups and downs, love and sorrow. But in an instant all of that is shattered. Something out of your hands goes wrong. The person that God chose of you to take care of you. Watch you grow in front of them. But they CHOSE to let you go. Not up for adoption but, to kill you b/c you were an inconvenience at the time. They think that removing the problem would fix it. But I hope you by know now that "out of sight out of mind" does not work. It ultimately does the opposite. In the back of you mind it keeps coming back up! Why is that? That is not for me to tell you. That is up to the Holy Spirit.

I just ask that you sit and listen to what God is saying.
Take time to THINK!
